For students entering grades 7-8
This 1-hour training camp is for anyone looking to improve their running speed, agility, and quickness. We will work on proper movement patterns and technique for sprinting, acceleration, stopping, and changing direction.
*Each participant should wear appropriate training apparel and a water bottle.
**Participants will be expected to change into appropriate indoor/outdoor training shoes before camp each day.
Dates: June 13-17
Time: 2:30-3:30 pm (7th & 8th Grade)
Location: Ruud Soccer Stadium
